Transformational Leadership Blueprint Course Kicks Off

The inaugural session of the highly anticipated Transformational Leadership Blueprint course got underway last week, welcoming a select group of business leaders and executives to the first of four intensive workshops led by Property Council New Zealand Chief Executive, Leonie Freeman.

Designed to equip participants with practical tools to lead through change, the course kicked off with a deep dive into the first two pillars of the “7 P’s of Business Transformation”Purpose and Prospect. Through a blend of expert-led content, real-world case studies, and dynamic group discussions, attendees explored how to define clear organisational purpose and identify future-facing opportunities for growth.

Central to the programme is a hands-on approach. Participants have committed to working on a live case study from their own organisation, applying the frameworks and insights from each session directly into their business context. With the support of dedicated accountability groups, the cohort will continue to build on this foundation over the coming months, culminating in a final presentation at the conclusion of the fourth workshop.

Feedback from the opening session was overwhelmingly positive, with attendees praising the course’s practical approach, collaborative atmosphere, and Freeman’s authentic leadership.

With momentum high and minds focused, the Transformational Leadership Blueprint is already shaping up to be a game-changer for those ready to lead their organisations into the future.
