WAM announces the evolution of its leadership team

Warren and Mahoney is delighted to announce the appointment of Katherine Skipper to Managing Principal.
A Registered Architect and former Wellington Studio Principal, Katherine Skipper will take on the operational leadership of the practice, working closely with Managing Director, John Coop.
This newly created role focuses on the management of resources, people, and systems. Together, Katherine and John will uphold Warren and Mahoney’s commitment to creative leadership and technical excellence. With Andrew Tu’inukuafe continuing as Chair and Blair Johnston as Practice Head of Design, the 100% employee-owned and led practice continues to maintain strong leadership continuity.
Andrew highlights the firm’s foundation in partnership and how the latest appointments reflect this:

Louise Tucker appointed as new General Manager of TPG’s South Island business

Property Council’s South Island Regional Committee member, Louise Tucker has been appointed as the new General Manager of TPG’s South Island business.
Louise has over 25 years’ experience in major infrastructure project delivery, operations, and business leadership. Her career spans across New Zealand and Australia, where she managed complex projects and diverse teams across the transport, water, sports and stadia, defence, and education sectors. Most recently Louise was the South Island Area Manager at AECOM where she demonstrated a strong ability to build high-performing teams, foster a culture of strong client service, safety and inclusion, and drive business success.
Louise is excited to be given the opportunity to lead TPG’s South Island team as they continue growth as New Zealand’s largest independent property advisory firm.
Louise will step into the role from 31 March 2025.

TBIG welcome Hawke's Bay Assistant Project Manager

TBIG are thrilled to welcome Ryan Brenton as an Assistant Project Manager, strengthening their presence in Hawke’s Bay.
Ryan brings eight years of experience in IT and sales, where his strong technical skills, eye for detail, and results-driven approach set him apart. With a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from the University of Waikato, Ryan made the move from Queenstown to Napier to immerse himself in local projects and transition his career into construction project management.
