2025 Property Industry Award finalists announced

The 2025 Property Council New Zealand Rider Levett Bucknall Property Industry Awards are excited to welcome 100 finalists to the awards programme!

Judging for the awards is already underway, with the National Events team working through the logistics of arranging 100 site visits across the country over the coming weeks.

This year we welcome two new judges; Independent Director and Advisor, Patrick Dougherty and Andrea Steffensen, Head of Development Projects at 4Work.
