This event requires a minimum of 10 attendees. If the minimum number is not be achieved 1 month prior to the event, you will be refunded your ticket price.

• If cancelled due to weather and if guests are staying longer in Queenstown: If weather conditions improve and there is availability, they can work to reschedule to another day.

• If cancelled due to weather and if guests unable to reschedule: A full refund will be provided for their ticket.

• Refunds or rescheduling are only applicable for weather-related disruptions. If cancellations occur for other reasons, standard cancellation policies will apply.

• Timing: For groups, final confirmation of passenger numbers and full payment is required seven prior to the departure date.

• Responsibility: It’s important to note that guests are responsible for arriving on time for their scheduled flight/cruise. Missed connections due to late arrival will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund.
